Your sales assistant Anne in the Ashton store was amazing. She got the balance of selling and allowing us space to decide perfect! He product knowledge & patience and friendliness was second to none. I dislike being approached by salespersons and feel uncomfortable with ‘over sell’ I would walk away in these instances. Anne made me feel right at home & the most comfortable I have ever been in a sales showroom! Thank you Anne, you’re a superstar! I’ll be coming back for the next bed I need!

I was looking for a bed for the spare room and mattresses. I found the staff at the store very knowledgeable and good with their help and guidance to make my choice without making me feel rushed or that they were hard selling their products. Having a dedicated parking space was very welcome

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who listened to what I asked for, helped us find and compare suitable products but wasn't pushy. I had a specific brief and timescale and am delighted with the service and hopefully the product which is being delivered this week, well within the 7 days I needed due to work. I also love my pillow pack!

We were not pressured to buy anything. Help was available when we asked for it so if we hadn't needed any help that was OK .Adam was extremely knowledgeable and a lovely young man ,very friendly. He even offered us a bottle of water as it was a hot day .Amazing service provided. Would definitely return to this store.

Easy to order and excellent service of staff

Display is displayed perfectly, you know the details of the product straight away. Your not looking around for info. Staff noticed straight away if you needed help. Staff on hand straight away when we found the mattress we wanted. Offered us water. Was properly only in the store for about 30mins and we found everything we were looking for.
