First question we asked was in terms of a bed frame which we wanted in size small double the assistant replied to say this size was not available only in a double without actually checking with us which item we wanted the assistant assumed we were asking about the mattress.

8 weeks is a long time to wait for a sofa bed. Some shops were quoting 4-6 weeks, but we selected yours because my parents liked the comfort of the sofa bed and it is they that are going to use the sofa bed when they come to stay. I would also say that some of the products were a bit worn - the Haze sofa bed display model, of the one I bought, was torn and missing the handle to pull out the bed - but I was assured that it was because it is the oldest product in the store and has suffered some abuse (being moved around the store etc.)

I would have been more satisfied if two of the mattresses I wanted to try had been available in store. I thought they would be available as on the website it didn't say "not available in store" for those mattresses.
