Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

We stated the kind of mattress we were looking for and pointed out which one we liked, we were recommended a better one and upon trying it we were very satisfied. we really liked the pillows we tried too and were offered a great deal on two pillows and the mattress. Over all a very satisfactory service.

The woman Joanne was lovely and friendly, explained what mattresses was intended for. Gave me a variety of pillows to choose from. Didn't rush me at all and give me lots of advice and information as well as leaving me to have get comfortable testing the beds.

We were given assistance by Ben at The Snipe Retail Park, Ashton-under-Lyne, after having spoken to him on the telephone. He was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the specific mattress we were interested in. He was very professional and courteous, knowing the right time to give us space to discuss between ourselves and making a decision. I would certainly recommend friends and family to pay a visit to this Dreams store in Ashton-under-Lyne.

Benjamin at the store was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us time and space to make our decision on whether or not to purchase the item we were interested in.

We came into the store wanting to buy a mattress for our double bed. The store assistants Joanne Jones and Ben Malkin were very helpful they made us feel very welcome making us a lovely cup of tea. They had time to talk to us about the mattress we were purchasing but were not to pushy letting us take time over our decision. Joanne was very knowledgeable about the product she encouraged us to try out lots of different mattresses first, even giving us a pillow to lay on. Both Joanne and Ben were very friendly and helpful. Well done Dreams we would diffidently use your store again.

Ben was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and we found exactly the product we were looking for.

We visited twice, first to look, then to buy. The store is well laid out, clean, prices and descriptions of each product clearly shown. The store manager was very helpful, available to answer questions when asked and did not follow us about, he left us to look and consider. We had looked at other stores but Dreams had the edge because of its presentation and range of products so we decided to buy while the sale was on so we looked no further. We are waiting for the beds to be delivered and hope that service is as good as that which we received from the Ashton Under Lyne store manager Ben.

Everything was perfect, assistant Arisa was very friendly. She explained us the differences between all those mattresses. We were given plenty of time to decide which is the best for us without any pressure. I think we bought mattress for a great deal..Very happy with the service.

I had recommended Dreams to my friend as I had previously bought a bed from yourselves and the help and advice received had been excellent. My friend came with me, within a minute of entering the store we were greeted with a smile and offers of help. We were allowed to browse without being mythered with pushy sales people (which would have made me turn round and walk straight out). We were able to enquire about the various beds on show and were given information and advice which was relevant to my friends needs. We were offered a cup of tea whilst we were looking at the beds and encouraged to try them out which caused one or two moments of laughter as we endeavoured to try lying on beds in a ladylike way. - you had to be there. Overall I spent far more than I intended but it was painless mostly due to the atmosphere in the store and the help received.

the sales assistant was most helpful. explained all the diferences in regards to mattresses and the different types of bed bases.
