Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

We were recommended by my son in law to go to the Ashton branch of Dreams because of the friendliness and helpfulness, and can honestly say this was the case. We were not mithered with high pressure sales and was comfortable looking round and assistance was therewhenwe ask for it. A pleasant experience.

The sales assistant had excellent product knowledge and gave a very efficient service.

The staff did not put pressure on us to buy...but where available as and when necessary to answer questions .... and above all where friendly and gave good sound advice

The sales woman (Joanne) was very attentive. From the moment I walked in she showed me various beds, headboards, mattresses. I asked a lot of questions and these were answered fully. As I am having other work done in my bedroom I pointed out that I would not require delivery until mid June. This was not a problem and we agreed a suitable date for delivery.

Lyn was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about all the beds in store.

I never like being pestered by sales staff, i know what i went into the shop for otherwise i wouldn't be in it. So when i first arrived i was greeted and asked if he could be any help, i told hin why i was there and he pointed out different aspects of beds etc, i told him fine i will look around. He remianed close by but not pestering me, which is just what i would like incase i need to ask further questions. Other customers came in and he dealt with those, which is what i would expect him to do. I looked and found what i was looking for, and another assistant came over and helped me with all the sales details. We ran through everything and all was perfectly satisfactory to what i wanted. Very good service all around

friendly knowledgeable, helpful staff, even made us a brew, spent time with us when needed, and left us to make our own minds up hasstle free.But gave plenty of information regarding products.

Colleague was very helpful both in terms of his customer service and product knowledge. He answered all queries quickly and insightfully as well as left us time alone to discuss our options without being pushy.

Howard the CS fella was very helpful and made sure I was dealt with quickly and hassle free
