we were attended to immediately without any feel of being rushed, and the information on the different types of beds was excellent, the member of staff called Ben was very polite and informative and gave outstanding customer service. We would recommend Dreams to family and friends always.

I found the staff very amiable, Joanne was very knowledgeable concerning all the questions I put forward, she was very easy to get along with, and looked very professional in her very smart uniform, but I would say that, cos I am her Dad!

We had time to look around on our own and when we wanted help and advice it was available.

On arrival we were asked if we needed any assistance, when we said that we were just browsing we were left to look around. When we then asked for assistance it was given in a friendly but none "pushy" way. The assistant was informative and gave us the time to test mattresses out. Overall we were very happy with the experience and are looking forward to the arrival of our new bed and one that we ordered for our son whilst we were there. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to anyone else.

The assistant that served us was very helpful when the bed we wanted wasn't on display. He showed us what the walnut looked like on another bed. Also, we looked at another 2 beds and he measured them for us to see if they would fit in out bedroom. As these were to big he got the bed we originally came to look at up on his mobile phone. He was also very helpful when we were choosing our mattress and wasn't too pushy when selling us the bed, mattress, pillows or extra cover on our items.

Great service

I'm very happy with how helpful Joanne treated us all especially how patient she was with our 2 year old son. I explained my back problems and found us the perfect mattress, pillows, quilt and mattress topper. Overall I am very statisfied with my purchase and very impressed with the service.

We had been a few times to the Ashton store and had received excellent service from Joanne . Once we had decided to purchase a bed we return to see Joanne and both herself and the manager Ben were very helpful. So thank you guys !!
