Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

Howard was extremely helpful he took time to understand what I required and in particular what I didn't like about my current mattress and showed me a number of options that fit my requirements and covered a range of prices. I really appreciated that he listened to me and showed me only the type of mattress I was looking for but didn't just show me the most expensive option. He was friendly and patient and explained the difference in the quality of each mattress. I went on to buy the more expensive of the 2 I was considering because he was not pushy and didn't try to lead me into a decision but gave me the information to enable me to make my own choice. Overall it was probably the best customer service I have received in a long time, he is an asset to your business and I will happily recommend not only your store but him in particular to friends and family.

The lady was fantastic. She treated us as individuals always respectful when speaking with us. We had a fussy 16year old with us who was difficult to please but the assistant just took her to show her different products and that was an experience that we have never witnessed before my 16 year old felt like someone really cared about what she wanted. The store manager was so helpful it was a dream to be thete having the entire experience. I will never forget that experience and I will always recommend the Adhton under lyne store its amazing even though we spent rather a lot of money!!!!

Ben was great, let us roam around and then was on hand to answer questions and show us different products

We were highly satisfied with our visit to Dreams, as the staff were friendly and respected the need for distance. We had just another store (Bensons for beds, Oldham) as they were very pushy and annoying. They did not respect our polite request to let us browse first. Your staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and remained down to earth and polite at all times. Thank you for making it an enjoyable shopping experience.

We were helped by Arissa and Ben who were both absolutely lovely, another lady made us a a cup of tea which wasn't made in a machine but by kettle and both Arissa and Ben were pleasant and and very friendly

We served by Adam Dickinson, he had excellent knowlegde of all products and spent a considerable amount of time assisting us in finding the right product for us.

The store had the item in that we were looking for. Faz showed us various different options for mattresses and pillows. No high pressure sales pitch

The gentleman that assisted us was clear on which options we could chose with which beds. He was very helpful
