Very quick and helpful staff.

The setup was very good, no pressure to buy anything, staff very friendly

the assistant was friendly but not pushy. gave us plenty of time to think about our choices without trying to force a decision or sale.

Ben is knowledgable and able to help us decide in all aspects in choosing the right bed, headboard and mattress for our needs, his customer service skills are excellent and unlike some shops I go in, it is so nice to deal with someone so approachable I will definitely be buying from Ben again and will refer my family and friends to dreams at the snipe, thank you Ben 😀

Friendly staff, found mattress we wanted

The Customer Assistant, Howard, was polite and helpful and showed me a different matress to the one I was originally looking at (I wasnt awre the bed offer could come with a different mattress). However, he did not employ pushy sales tactics to secure a sales or the upgraded sale.

The bed frame and mattress is of good quality

Arissia the assistant explained the difference in matress quality. Ensuring we spent plenty of time checking the bed was comfortable. We then had a choice and there was no rush or pressure. As well as offering and making a lovely cup of tea. Friendly and with a senses of humour and understood our needs.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and we did not feel pressured into making a purchase at any time during our visit.
