Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, helpful and delivered a great service

The Yorkshire lady who dealt with us had great knowledge. She wasn’t overly sales or pushy and described all the options available.

Katie was really helpful. I did have a good idea of what I was looking for, but it’s not often you buy a new bed, so Katie’s help was invaluable, particularly when choosing a mattress and used the diagnostic tool to help me too. A really enjoyable experience overall

The lady who served us was very lovely. She left us to talk didn’t feel pressured into buying which made us want to buy more. She knew all about the products and very friendly.

The shop was beautifully laid out with lots of room to wander about. The assistant, Katie, was very knowledgeable and showed me and my husband where everything was. We asked about ottoman beds, she showed us where they were and demonstrated how they work. We had lots of questions and she answered them all. She was friendly and polite and left us alone from time to time to discuss things privately. She had good product knowledge and gave us good advice. At the point of sale Katie offered us additional goods, a mattress enhancer, an extended guarantee and someone to build our bed when it arrived. We accepted these offers although they cost extra but we considered it to be good value for money. The shop was smart and clean, the range of products on display was good and it was all Covid safe. The delivery date was within one week, with the promise of a 2-hour delivery slot of which I would be notified by text message. Altogether a very pleasant shopping experience, thank you.

Katie was excellent. She helped me understand what mattress would work best for my preferences and needs and gave me assistance where I needed but also knew when to let me have a mooch myself. The sleep analysis was excellent and definitely contributed to my purchasing a mattress of the price i did on the day

Great customer service, was helped but also left alone to try all the mattresses with no pressure to hurry.

Staff member who took my order was polite, pleasant and helpful. Showed me where relevant products were and gave information about them. Order placed quickly and efficiently. All Covid safety in place 🌈👍 Would happily recommend to friends and family Thank you
