Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

very easy transaction staff where fine bed was delivered on time and was built and all rubbish was removed ,only thing i was not happy with was the parking at your ashton under lyne store it a bit confusing as the store on a industrial estate but access for disabled is on a separate car park that is a bit of a nightmare to get in to as it all a one way system i suggest making access from the industrial estate side to lower disabled car park just my thoughts apart from that i was happy

As I am shortly due to undergo very major surgery, I was looking for a bed that would help me to be as comfortable as possible during what will be a very long recovery. The two salespeople who helped me were amazing. I explained exactly what I needed and why and they were so helpful. They were polite, knowledgable, patient and very empathetic. They gave me time to try the Tempur adjustable bed with the result that I found a sleeping position that left me pain free for the first time in 5 years. i was very impressed with both the product and their service. They made my friend and I a cup of tea whilst I discussed my options and they both even gave me a hug before I left. I feel as if a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders as I now know that I will be able to get good quality sleep and get myself into and out of bed unaided.

Staff were very helpful without being 'in your face' they understood their product range fully and were able to point us in the right direction in helping US understand exactly what WE wanted and so were then able to make an informed choice of product.

I wanted a TV bed - the one Dreams sell seems the best around and there is a better selection of mattresses than other shops.

Unfortunately the sales assistant PC had froze and the other was in use so we had to wait till the other was available, the sales assistant was very apologetic and answered further questions about the product we were about to buy. With this information we had seen similar online at a lower price but we decided to buy the Dreams Divan after advice from the assistant.

Good range of products to choose from. Know quality of products from previous purchase. Sales rep was friendly, engaging, and had enough product knowledge to help our decision. Finance options explained clearly. Cover available and explained well.
