Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

The assistant who served us (I think his name was Howard) was very helpful and demonstrated how to use the items we were buying - two ottoman double bases - he also showed us less expensive models, which I was impressed by as most assistants always try to sell us the more expensive. He also went to the trouble to make us a drink whilst we waited for him to process our order. After that he showed us a bed settee which we are going to buy and gave us all the measurements for this so we can check it will fit where we want it to go. He was very helpful, friendly and not a bit pushy and he has arranged delivery in less than a weeks time removing the old items as well. A very successful shop for us.

Joanne was pleasant and knowledgeable. We have bought from Dreams in the past, so didn't hesitate to go back.

The store colleague was very approachable,knowledgeable, and he took account of all my requirements. I am shortly going into hospital for major surgery, and he explained the advantages and disadvantages of different mattresses, frames etc. He had a really good sense of humour, but was very professional when discussing what I need.
