I needed to buy a new bed and did not really have a clue which option to go for or what was best for me. On arrival at the store I was greeted by the very friendly and chatty Arissa who was extremely helpful. She listened to my needs, was understanding and sympathetic and made several suggestions to help me with my choices. I was given the time to test the beds and be confident in my final decision. She was a delight to be assisted by!

Hello i recently bought a bed from dreams in ashton under-lyne. Arisa was dealing with me and the customer service was on point it was highly satisfying. They were also very friendly one particular women was very attractive.

Having tried mattresses form other bed manufacturers I found Dreams had a wider choice of mattresses and one that suited my back problem. Delivery was the week after.

The Lady who serve us was very helpful and explained the differences of mattress and also she was very polite through out the transaction.

The sales advisor was very helpful and understanding of our needs. She was approachable giving us time to think and discuss options. The support around timeframes was good. The only thing I would think would have made the experience better would have been more different styles of the bedroom furniture being out on display. My personal opinion with a little more planning there could have more bedroom displays. Also I feel in this day and age dreams should have more I.T improvements such as computers showing 3D bedroom/bed displays so you could see furniture that wasn't on display. The dreams catalogue does not give the furniture the justice it deserves.
