Assistant showed and explained all the different products and what benefits they have. Also made me feel special as it was my birthday.

Joanne the lady who served me was so helpful , the beds I bought are fab and u can't wait till they arrive for my 2 boys , they are going to love them !!!!

We went in the store with no real knowledge of the different types of mattresses but the sales assistant was really knowledgable and friendly.

very satisfied with the service i had at dreams, but didn't expect anything less i have dealt with dreams in the past and have been very happy and would continue in the future, but i would like to point out that i strongly disagree with the delivery charge that you add on,the customer has no choice as you do not have the items you buy in store for the customer to make their own arrangements for delivery,so end up spending quite alot of money to have extra added on

We were not pestered by sales people as soon as we entered the store but were there when we wanted assistance.

the overall assistance and friendly approach from Farzana was very welcome and her knowledge / advice it also was very pleasing. We also appreciated the one to one sort of very amicable touch.

Visited store twice and was dealt with by Ben and Howard. Both very attentive to my needs and finding the right product.

Purchased from Dreams before, and needed replacement mattress for our wooden based bed, so went in locally for a look around. Assistant (Howard at Ashton u Lyne) was knowledgeable and very helpful. After trying /lying on many mattresses without enduring any pressure from staff, we made final choice of Silentnight Langley Pocket Springs 1200 mattress, which is Medium but Firm. Our old mattress is Silentnight too, so we were bit biased. Paid bit more than we initially wanted to if honest, but this mattress was by far best comfort for us, and with sale discount of 20%, we thought worth extra cost. Delivery will be next week, so not bad at all, and we paid for old mattress to be collected too. Howard did us a 2 for 1 deal on 2 Firm Pillows as well, so went home very satisfied with excellent customer care, and happy with purchase. We did have a look in another Bed shop on the retail park first, but Dreams offered best variety and choices.

Excellent staff service. Brilliant delivery and assembly of Headboard. Delivery staff could not be faulted. it is the first time at this store but definitely not the last. thank you all very much. Bernard Garratt
