Joanne the assistant was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy and gave us time on our own to discuss privately.

Needs a little kids area with colouring, the whiole time we were there kids were running around anting to try all the beds highly distracting and makes it hard to pick

Friendlyness of staff

arissa was the member of staff who served us she was very accommodating and attentive to our children. Her knowledge of products was excellent and we did not feel rushed, she took her time with us and had excellent communication skills. Very pleased with overall service, have shopped there before and would be happy to again.

The staff were well mannered, informed and made the purchase easy

Joanne greeted us when we entered the store, advised us which pillows would best suit us whilst trying out mattresses and then left us to look and try but was available if any advice / information was required.

joanne was well informed about the products, very friendly, we were confused about the pricing as we thought the price shown was without the mattress. Joanne explained the mattress differences and the construction explaining the spring tensions. We are both from a sales background although now retired and we can appreciate a good sales person without being overbearing.

Ben the manager was a fabulous help we felt at ease with no pressure , given our own time to discuss things and safe aproachable when needed

Brilliant staff Arissa and Ben helped us out today to buy our bed mattress quilt pillows etc. Arissa spent a long time with us looking at various beds taking time to explain everything about the different beds. Couldn't fault the service we received today.

The bed we wanted was on show and looked gorgeous, it had pride of place in store. We where made to feel comfortable , offered refreshment, made to feel we could try / ask anything.
