This is our 2nd time at the store to buy a bed and this time we were looking for our dream bed so went with a to bed :-) Ben was a great help and answered all our questions to reassure me on my concerns, all staff were great as we didn't feel pressured into doing anything even though I wanted the to bed but my partner wasn't sure until she actually saw it in the flesh and the offers on it pushed her towards it even though I was ready just to buy a normal king size bed frame as the choices were amazing! Joanne sorted all the paper work out and was very pleasant in explaining each part of the processes.

The whole process of shopping for what I wanted was smooth and easy, the staff were very helpful, efficient and knowledgable.

The sale person was very professional with her product knowledge, and had a very curtious manor during the sale.

Because the lady who served me had lots of knowledge about the product, she tried her best to get me a good deal, she told us to lay on the mattresses as long as i wanted, she kindly made us a brew as soon as we got there, she answered any questions i had truthfully and was completely straight with me, she told me i could take one of the Tempur pillows to try and if it wasn't suitable as long as it was clean etc i could exchange it the next time i was in store
