Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

I ordered a small single bed for guests. the original delivery date was after my guests were due to stay. when i explained this to the his sales man he said he would do his best to arrange the delivery a bit earlier. I thought this was just sales talk, however, sure enough i got a text yesterday 1/11/15 to say the delivery would be 3 days earlier, in time for my guests stay. i was very impressed the salesman stuck to his word. the branch was Ashton under lyne. Thanks Again

We hadn't a clue what we were looking for when we arrived at the store, or what would be right for us, but left feeling very satisfied with our choice thanks to Howard's patience and knowledge. We never felt pressurised or rushed and would definitely go back to this store again in the future. Well done x

The service was excellent, staff remembered us from a previous visit. Quick, easy ordering. Although we visited the store at lunchtime the staff were very attentive. Altogether a pleasant experience.

WE WERE GREETED BY HOWARD WHO IMMEDIATELY OFFERED US A COFFEE AND ASKED IF WE WERE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING SPECIFIC. HE SUGGESTED SEVERAL BEDS WHICH WE COULD TRY OUT AND THEN LEFT US TO LOOK ROUND. WE DID NOT FEEL PRESSURIZED AND WHEN WE HAD A QUESTION, HOWARD WAS THERE TO SUPPLY THE ANSWER. WE WERE ABLE TO MIX AND MATCH TO MAKE SURE THAT WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED WITH REGARDS TO STORAGE, TYPE OF MATTRESS, CHOICE OF HEADBOARD ETC. LEFT THE STORE FEELING WE GOT A GOOD DEAL AND WOULD RECOMMEND " DREAMS " TO OUR FRIENDS.

Excellent service by the salesman who described all the mattresses we tried and helped us make the right choice

The staff were very helpful but gave me the time to try out the bed. I wanted time to think before placing my order as I was spending a lot of money. The member of staff who dealt with me on my 2nd visit remembered me and my requirements.

Visited the sore late but was looked after very well by Faz. She was very knowledgeable and understood our requirements very well.

Howard was extremely helpful and was able to show us the range of options and identified which furniture items came with assembly and enabled us to choose the right matrass

We were able to take our time with our selections but help was available when we needed it. Refreshments were offered, product knowledge was good and placing the order was straightforward.
