The lady was very helpful and help me with the mattress that I needed

The assistant who helped me choose a mattress was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs. There was no obvious 'up-selling. ' I was shown options in a broad price range but, ultimately, they wanted me to have the best mattress for me. She had patience and showed genuine interest in my needs. Her name was Anne. I went back on a further occasion and she wasn't there, but I was related equally well by two of her colleagues. It was the first time in Dreams but I won't shop anywhere else now for beds. I have recommended to friends and family alike.

The colleague who served me was excellent. Very friendly, knew her stuff and sorted me out quickly which is what I wanted.

Katie was very supportive and knowleable with the products. She was very patient with us as well, as we spent quite some time in the store debating over which mattress to get. GREAT service she was awesome

The service we received was excellent we were made to feel confident that the mattress we purchased would be the best fit product for myself and my wife. The sales person was friendly and well informed and she was able to answer all our questions. We were measured and then helped to select our new mattress and then our order was effectively processed and we were pleased to have a quick delivery slot confirmed. Excellent service all round. Thank you.

We were greeted with a smile. We were given information on how to choose and where or help. We asked for advice and help. The lady had excellent knowledge and listened to my elderly mums requests. We effortlessly found exactly what we needed and my mum was thrilled to sit and have a coffee while the order was being processed. Felt extremely comfortable, no pressure. Will and do definitely recommend.
