Howard was very helpful & knowledgeable. He was not at all pushy but made suggestions that were appropriate to what we were looking for. He also makes a good cup of tea !

Ben was very helpful and not at all intrusive. He was available whenever we needed him to advise us on the products, make reccommendations and try out the products. I would normally have felt uncomfotable trying out the beds but we were made to feel really at ease and encouraged to do so. He assisted us to make colour choices and bed bases, overall really helpful with a coffee thrown in too.

We were approached in a friendly manner and asked about our requirements. We were pointed in the right direction and given the information we required. We quickly made a decision and Joanne sorted out our order in a very professional manner. We were extremely pleased with our purchase and with the service provided.

The salesman was very friendly and happy to help.

Assistance was fantasic, not rushed or forced into buying the more expensive products, very relaxed visit.

The staff were very helpful but also understanding to give us space and leave us alone to discuss our decisions but made themselves available when needed. Purchase was easy and friendly

From entering the store to leaving the store we found the assistant Joanne very very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the products on offer in the store, advising on which to choose and which would suit our needs. Overall our visit was a pleasurable experience and will be visiting it again in the near future.
