When I went into your store with my husband Arissa, let use look on our own then when she saw that my husband and my self were unsure as to what our requirements was,Arissia was very knowledgable and understood what it was we required she also tried to get the delivery as quick as possible.

We found the product we were looking for at a very reasonable price and were able to find the right colour choice and adaptations without any problem. The service was excellent and the delivery charges and date of delivery were cheaper and earlier than quoted at other stores we had visited.

I was able to look at the bed we reviewed on website and could therefore look at ease of underbed storage.

Ben took time to listen and understand my requirements and was able to offer the product that best suited my needs. He was friendly, polite and patient giving me plenty of time to make my decision. I did not feel rushed or that I was pushed into a decision.

Arissia was very efficient and competent in answering our questions and explaining the differences in the mattresses.
