Good customer service. I have ordered a bed to fit in an area with limited space and paid for it to be assembled. Store assistant checked with manager before agreeing that if the product did not fit or could not be assembled in the limited space discussed, I would be given a full refund on the itemspurchased and on the price of assembly.

My mother is disable and finding right product prove difficult but dreams store is fully accessable and my mother was able to try before buying Also 40 day guarantee should product not suitable to change free of charge

The service was excellent.we were offered drinks while we were there.the staff were very polite,helpful and friendly.not pushy at all.we left with everything we could have DREAMED for... Can't wait for delivery so we can enjoy our new bed.
