Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

We initially visited your store in Stockport where Adam spent a good deal of time helping us make our choice. For complicated reasons we then bought our bed and mattress at the Ashton under Lyne store. All staff we engaged with were polite and knowledge. We were initially served by Ben but the actual sale was completed by Onkar.

Since approaching the store I felt welcome as I was assisted by a member of staff who was very helpful and answered all our questions.

The assistant and colleagues were great in all aspects. I am disabled and the experience I had was absolutely fantastic.

The assistant was most attentive and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the products. Anything he wasn't sure about, he verified with a senior colleague.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and a knowledgeable Manager, who was informative, without being intrusive. He listened to my needs, and likened my existing bed to the current, modern day equivalent. He demonstrated a fair, professional, and efficient manner, without being overly pushy. He also said please and thank you, which is a rarity these days. He was happy to discuss the benefits and merits of the mattress protectors for the bed I bought, together with the 'Bed Cover' as an option. He thoroughly explained the 40 night no quibble guarantee where, if I was dissatisfied with the mattress, I could return it. Thank you for the enjoyable experience. The only thing missing was a cup of coffee, maybe next time.

Howard introduced himself, asked what we were looking for, shown us 4 options closest to our choice and left us to it, He gave us pillows and was really helpful and very friendly, not pushy at all, offered us a brew. Went to Harveys to see how prices varied and was so disappointed with the sales rep she was so pushy and wouldn't leave us alone. So we returned to Dreams and Howard made our day I will gladly recommend him and your store to all my work colleagues and friends.

Fax was very informative and allowed us time to test different beds. She also made us a drink!

Very good service. Personalized attention. A hot drink on a cold day helped. Our sales assistance was helpful and respectful gave us time to make an informed decision.
