From the moment we entered the store Faz the store assistant was on hand to answer any questions and show us the beds that we had seen online previous to our visit and talk us through the differences in the types of mattresses and comfort grades. She was very friendly and very helpful,

This was the first time in a long time since we have shopped for a mattress and we found the range of product was perfect for us. The sales person was extremely patient whilst we found the correct comfort level of mattress. We are awaiting delivery with anticipation. So far a good experience.
