only came to look, excellent team. not pushy, let us look around and not trying to push a sale. Took time to understand our needs and pointed us to highly quality products that we did not think about. knew their stuff and the details. We were happy as a family to then place an order for 2 bedrooms and we will be coming back to put a new order soon with the same store and same sales lady (Arissa) My little girl liked valued the attention and listening she got from her.

Howard was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful. Not pushy but attentive nonetheless, just the right balance

As soon as I walked through the door to the Shop I was greeted by Service Assistant named (Onkar). He didn't pressure us with anything and gave out some very helpful info about the beds & matresses which I was unsure on what I wanted. He left us to browse before helping us make several choices to what we needed and make a purchase. He had Great support from (Howard) with additional info on Other items & Stock. Thank You:)

The sales person explained the different colour coding for the mattresses and was very helpful in fing the colour of base i wanted

We found the layout of the store very good, and the beds were well displayed in order of softness etc, which made it easier for my husband and I to make a decision. Onkar, who served us, was very helpful; infact the staff were all friendly and we didn't feel any pressure at all. A very successful visit, and we would certainly recommend this store. The store manager Ben could not have been more helpful, but without being pushy. We felt extremely comfortable discussing all the options with him and he was indeed very patient and accommodating.
