Excellent knowledge of the product, very helpful in finding exactly what I needed

We were approached by a lady in the store offering help, she hung back when we wanted to look at the beds ourselves but was on hand when we needed her. She had very good product knowledge and helped me to find a different divan base for the headboard that I liked.

The young man stopped what he was doing when I entered the store. He went straight to the item I was looking for Everything done really quickly. Lovely pleasant young man even took mu purchase to the car Even sorted my boot to accommodate my purchase Everything brilliant Thank you

Adam was great. He asked us what we were looking for and gave us advice and took time to understand what we wanted as well as giving us time and space to discuss between ourselves and try out the beds.

I was very impressed by the staff and the service was superb and the price was reasonable considering the quality

On entering staff welcomed us and explained colour coding on mattresses. When we chose ordering was friendly, quick and easy. Even offered a bottle of water, I would highly recommend the Ashton Snipe store to family and friends. Thank you guys.
