We were served by Howard at the Ashton Branch, he immediately came to our assistance and dealt with our queries straight away. We were offered tea/coffee and biscuits and chit chat made the experience more personal. Howard went over our order numerous times to ensure it was correct. We will def recommended dreams to our family and friends!

The assistant who dealt with me was very knowledgeable and not in any was pushy. The products were of a high quality and the price I paid was a bonus, with the item being discounted in the sale

I visited dreams Ashton under lyne on 14 th April a Thursday and Friday 15th of April. My husband and I encountered 4 different members of staff who were all very helpful, welcoming with a raft of knowledge. Nothing was a problem. Our delivery is due on 28th April and I am hoping that the final peice of the jigsaw is as excellent as the rest of the process.

Howard the sales assistant was very polite he let us look around at our own pace without hassling us. When we wanted help he was very helpful and knew all the products well. Once we had decided on our buy he explained everything to us clearly regarding extended warranty and delivery.

The assistant was very helpful but not pushy, he gave my wife and I time to talk together and decide on our purchase. We did visit other stores before making the purchase but all in all we were most satisfied with Dreams.
