Was met at the door by a very nice assistant, who listened to our requirements and he was able to show us exactly what we wanted. We ordered the mattress that we wanted and was told that it would be with us in 4 days. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish.

I was politely greeted and dealt with in a non-aggressive manner. It was an easy process, and the store manager even made a coffee for me while I completed my purchase. I would definitely recommend the store and would go back. Just easy to deal with.

I am very pleased with the help I received, all the staff were very helpful and understood what I needed, I went home really happy, I just wish every store had the same attitude towards there customers and make you feel welcome, like all your staff do , they are a credit to you look after them and they will look after you.
