I was able to test out a large number of beds to find the one that suited me and the assistant was very helpful but not pushy

The person that dealt with my questions in store was very helpful without being pushy.

A staff member called Arissa she was really good.. answered all the questions and willing to help checking the prices of other beds... she was very friendly and she had a nice smile on her face through out my visit. She helped me to choose some of the products that was in the shop to match my bed.

Found the mattress quickly with the help of the assistant who was friendly and helpfull

Because there was no pressure from Faz the lady who asked if we were ok and left us until we were ready to ask her for advice. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything we wanted to know. She made a good cup of coffee.

Before we set off to dream shop I said to my partner "this is going to take ages to set up finance" but I was plesently surprised, it took no longer than half an hour I put full credit to the lovely gentleman Onkar who served us, quick, easy and stress free he made the sale easy, very knowledgable and knew strait away what we were looking for within a few minutes. You expect when buying furniture to be there a long while but it was so easy! Thank you very much for a wonderful product!
