Friendly staff and helpful. I haven't seen the project yet so can't comment on this as it wasn't in store. I saw it in the Internet and ordered it from in store.

The sales assistant was very helpful and understanding when i informed her that my wife was had terminal cancer and also suffered from osteoarthritis of the spine, she explained the comfort benefits of the bed which we as pensioners could afford and suggested pillows to help with sleep comfort, very satisfied with the service received from Dreams.

The sales advisor Arissa was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products we were looking to purchase. She shown me and my wife around various similar products to help with choosing and to each product gave extensive information to help with understanding what terminology meant to each product regarding quality. She worked after her daily working hours to help us make the right choice of purchase.

On my visit to Dreams a very polite and helpful assistant Arissa showed me where to find the type of base I was looking for, which was an ottoman base,I could not make my mind up between two bases I had picked out ,Arissa explained all about both of them them and gave me demo's of them which was very helpful and helped me to make my mind up Thank you Dreams

We didn't want any help initially as we were just browsing. We happened to see what we wanted and the assistant, who left us alone, as requested was then on hand to answer all our questions. We were twice offered a hot drink and we were very impressed with his knowledge and friendliness.
