Absolutely thrilled with the customer care, catered to our needs specifically on a one to need, explained fully and clearly the differences between the mattresses we were asking about. One we chose our right mattress they were more than willing to put the mattress on the bed frame we had chosen. We even had a cuppa which was a nice relaxing touch.

The assistant, Joanne, was very friendly. She explained the colour coding system of the beds on display which I found to be very helpful. Joanne was not too pushy and approached only when requested, it was good to feel unpressurised. Joanne had a very good product knowledge and was able to explain the technology to me in lay-mans terms. She was very professional in her approach and gave me plenty of time to make my decision without pushing me. Thanks to Joanne I think I have the perfect mattress that will meet my needs. This is my second visit to dreams and on both occasions the customer service has been excellent, on the first occasion I bought an ottoman base, and on both occasions I was treated to a cup of coffee.

We visited the shop on Sunday 14th to enquire about the product we wanted, the manager Inny was very helpful and friendly. We decided to go home and think about whether we should buy it or not, after thinking about it we decided t was a good price and the staff were very friendly and helpful, so while we were in the area shopping we called in and made our purchase with Arissa who again was very helpful and friendly.

I had done a lot of research on the mattress your salesman was able to help me chose the appropriate one for my specific needs.
