I was very satisfied with the whole experience of buying the adjustable bed I bought today with the sales person Joanne, and look forwards to the arrival of the bed.

The staff were welcoming and allowed me familiarise myself with the store and I able to walk around freely without feeling pressured to engage in conversation until I had viewed several of the beds on display. A member of staff approached me with a smile and asked if they could help without being pushy.

The adviser (Howard) took into account all of our requirements and offered us the relevant products to suit our needs.

The attentiveness of staff and their attitudes was excellent, specifically Katie and Inns. They were very helpful and made it easier for us to decide.

The staff were ready to help as soon as I entered the store. The products were easy to access and, again the staff were very friendly and helpful with finding out prices of divan beds only (without mattresses). The price of the product itself was reasonable, the delivery charge was on a bit high but I didn't mind as the 8 year protection on the product was a bargain. 😊

We found the staff very helpful and obliging, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Had to wait a little while for assistant initially because there were only two on duty and both dealing with customers but once one was free the person was very helpful showing me how to work the clic clac movement of bed then brought it up on big screen so i could see dimensions and everything.

Very attentive and friendly. No hard sell which would cause me to leave the store. Efficient staff and explained everything clearly.

Very knowledgeable staff. Very friendly reception.
