Katie who served us was surprisingly "honest" no wool pulling over our eyes.didnt try to sell us something we didn't want showed excellent patience when we took ages to try the different models. NO BLAGGING FROM HER - SHE WAS A DREAM SALES GIRL. TERRY POOLEY

Staff helpful, easy to walk round, no pressure. It was pleasurable.

Customer service was excellent

The sales person was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted. He did not push us towards the more expensive products and let us try the mattresses for as long as we needed.

we turned up about 5.20pm and we knew the store closed at 6pm but we wasn't rushed or made to feel we had to come back. Joanne even offered to make a coffee while we went round trying beds. we must have tried about 15 mattresses until we picked the one we was happy with they even gave us quality pillows to try to make us feel comfortable on the bed. even at the point of me sitting down to go through the buying of the mattress Joanne offered us a coffee 10/10 to Joanne and dreams

Quick and easy purchase - we knew what we wanted to see and what we were likely to buy and didn't get pressured to look at other things. The man was helpful in pointing out bed linen in the sale which helped a lot.

From walking into the shop to leaving the staff were fantastic anews extremely friendly. Also Joanne makes a top brew.
