Joanne was very understanding, she understood my requirements and and provided a suitable solution which actually saved Dreams as sale. Had it not been for Joanne and the team I would not have purchased any products. I felt highly appreciated and really feel like a good a great valued deal. I'm geuniely an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks to the Dreams Team, they really are the Dream Team...see what I did there! Very pleased- please let them know they did a good job.

Having looked on the company website, I had more or less decided what I wanted to purchase. On arrival at the store I was met by David who insisted that I should try out several matresses, I had previously determined the maximum I was able to comfortably afford. He didn't in any way try to influence me to make me spend more and put together a package that I had not expected, having not found the full information I wanted from the website. So, in short, I got the package I wanted, in the colours I would have chosen had they been obvious on the website, at a price within budget and what about the extras? David's colleague, Joane, took over my purchase whilst he sorted out a complication she was having with another customer. Daqvid had already asked If I wanted tea or coffee. She twisted my arm up my back in the nicest possible way. All the staff, and the customers I encountered were most friendly, staff were cheerful and prepared to chat and share a laugh. A truly great experience that I haven't come across recently in the retail sector.

The sales staff were really friendly abd more than helpful. They answered all my questions and even offered for me to stay in the shop when it started to rain very heavy until it stopped. They offered me a cup of tea and made my visit to the shop a very pleasant experience. Well done for employing such nice abd friendly staff, which is quite unusual by today's standards.

We experienced a very pleasant time . We did not feel under pressure in any aspect of what we were looking for . David (the store manager ) was very obliging and makes good coffee . We felt that we had , with very good product knowledge , allowed to make our own choice on what we wanted .

We had a specific requirement to find the optimum bed size with storage and we received a great deal of advice.

I think the first impression is very important and it was very good. Shop was nice and clean and the staff was professional, very patient and nice.

I was asked what my requirements were when buying a mattress & the sales staff guided me to what was available after discussing my budget. I was not rushed and felt comfortable during the whole sales experience. The staff were extremely helpful

Very helpful staff that spent a lot of time helping us choose wardrobes and bed. Telling us all the options, allowing us time to think without being pushy.
