Extremely professional service. Listened to our concerns advised and presented options to meet our needs. We travelled up from Cambridge and just popped in to get an idea. The staff were so helpful we made our choice there and then and decided to place our order. Great store and more importantly great staff.

Great customer service and product knowledge

I was very impressed with Arissa who helped me with choosing the right bed and mattress. Plus explaining all the special offers available to me which helped me save a bit of money.

Knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of all the staff in the store not just the person who served me. the fact that the initial introduction and explanation of the colours of pillows used on the beds was all I needed and I was then left alone try out the beds without being hassled by a salesperson which I really liked and was grateful for and once I'd made my decision she was there ready to help - just fantastic.

The member of staff was helpful and friendly. She spent time understanding our needs (mainly my height) and payment options

We were given the time have a look around the store. Once we'd had a look ourselves, a staff member (Katie) was on hand to guide us to the products that matched our descriptions and price range. She was very attentive to our maximum price and the details we'd asked for, and her funny charm made the 'trying the bed out' the least awkward experience possible.

Katia was really helpful when we were choosing our bed and headboard and when we were trying to organise delivery days. She makes a cracking cup of tea as well :-)

Expert knowledge and advice not hurried into making a decision excellent payment plans and knowing that I had walking problems asked if I had Blue Badge this saved us VAT could not have wished for better service

The quality of the products we viewed was excellent..The sales assistant Joanne was brilliant she was so helpful with a great knowledge of the products,she is a great asset to your company.we will definitely return in the future.
