Fast efficent and GREAT staff at the audenshaw/ashton store

I was satisfied, as the assistant came to us within minutes of being in the shop, we wasn't sure on what mattresses to look for and found the assistant very helpful and knowledgeable, we were able to order 2 new mattresses with ease and satisfaction.

Because I have shopped here before and was highly satisfied with the service then, that's the reason I came back and the same comment stands and it's highly likely I will shop again. And Arrissia and Katey where more than helpful,friendly and very polite with there sales knowledge.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful (even supplying a delicious cup of coffee). The premises were of a high standard, and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to friends. We were, of course, able to lie on the mattresses and try each of them for comfort and suitability. Some were so comfortable, my husband almost fell asleep on them! The mattress we chose was delivered at the time stated so we were not hanging about waiting, and the men who delivered were helpful and placed the mattress upstairs, saving us the trouble of attempting to get it upstairs ourselves (we are 79 and 84 yrs old respectively) Thank you

From start to finish, shopping at Dreams really was a dream. We initially visited the Chester branch and felt the service was ok but the Ashton under Lyne branch was on another level. The experience started off well when we could park directly outside the store with ease. We were then greeted by Joanne who offered help without the kind of pressure you sometimes feel from some sales staff. She explained the matress system, gave us a pillow to try them out and gave us some space. Joanne was in high demand so Katie took over. Katie, Joanne and the store Manager on that day all managed to make us feel the experience was pleasant and not stressful as per some other stores. An excellent experience all round. We hope our purchases are as good as the service when they arrive.
