Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

We were very pleased with the service we received. Joanne was great, very knowledgeable and very friendly. We loved the way the beds are "colour coded" so you can go for exactly what you are are looking for and not wasting time on ones you are not interested in. (hope that makes sense). It is the first time we have been to Dreams and overall we were very impressed with everything.

Very helpful for my needs on the type of bed i needed as i suffer from back pain also i was explained what was actually in the mattress and how it works the staff were very friendly aswell

I was able to talk to someone who clearly knew what I wanted. I was uncertain about ordering my item on the website as a high charge would be involved for delivery and so I initially wanted the store to obtain the item and let me know when available for me to collect. The salesperson used his discretion to reduce the delivery charge to save me this trouble and was able to arrange the order himself without me having to return to the website to process it myself.

one of the best experiences we have had. the mattress we had chosen was not available immediately and we needed for Xmas. So rather than lose the sale, I believe his name was David at the Ashton store. Lent us a mattress that was surplus to requirements at the store. The mattress is will do the job until the new one arrives. great initiative and a pleasant store experience.

I visited three bed shops the last one being Dreams, in the previous two shops no one made us welcome or spoke to us, hence no business for them. In the Dreams shop we were greeted straight away and the shop layout was explained then we were left to browse (our preference), overall just good service.

Service was excellent and Arrissa explained things very clearly.

We were allowed to look round the store without being "pounced" on at the door, the store was tidy, and everything was well spaced out to look round and only when we had had a good look round were we greeted by Arissia. We knew what we wanted, and Arrissia showed us around the ottoman bed we came in to look at, I don't like hard sell tactics, and would gladly walk out of a store if I thought someone was just after a sale regardless of our choice, but Arissia was polite, friendly and approachable, and got the sale.

The assistant Arissa was really helpful, she gave us good information without the hard sell. The boss Joane was also very helpful.

Prior to my visit to Dreams, I went to Bensons for Beds and my experience at Dreams was so much better and refreshing at Dreams than Bensons.
