We were very happy with the service the staff provided they were very helpful and understanding they looked after us offering us tea and coffee and took time to explain all the questions we had about the purchase.

The salesman came to me and asked if I needed help, he was not pushy which was nice he listened carefully to my needs. he was very knowledgeable and took me to see three mattresses which suited my needs and let me go back and retry the beds. I also got a nice cup of tea which was lovely. My only disappointment is I have to wait over two weeks for delivery.

Firstly I really want to thank the lady that attend to me (ARISSIA).She was calm, kind, honest, encouraging and helpful. Secondly I was happy about the discount and been able to buy this quality bed from dreams is a dream come true. Thank you once again ARISSIA
