Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

This is the third time my wife and I have gone to Dreams to purchase Beds and bedding over the last five or six years. There are 3 main seasons why we always return to Dreams, 1 The quality of the goods. 2 The choice of goods. 3 last but by no means least, the staff. We have always been really well looked after by the staff at Dreams stores. We have always found the staff to be friendly, welcoming, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. All in all it has always been very quick and easy to find exactly what we wanted, thanks to the staff. Thank you Dreams...

This was the first time we have shopped for a mattress and we were greeted by David who kindly helped us understand what was available and the differences between mattress types as we had not much idea! He was extremely helpful yet let us have some space to try out the different types. He offered us a drink which was a nice touch. We didn't athink all feel rushed or pressures and although not spending much time in store we felt we built a nice rapport with David. We did end up purchasing a mattress on this trip and also 2 pillows which we didn't even go in for! Really great experience and will be visiting again for our next mattress! Thank you Dreams and David!

We came in a couple of times to look at beds/bedroom furniture. On both occasions, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, telling us what the different colours on the beds meant. When we returned a final time with our son to show him some furniture we had seen for his bedroom, we were dealt with promptly and the order put through quickly - in and out in no time. Great service.

I liked the sales person, David, and I rarely do like sales people, he wasn't pushy, was friendly and competent

I was attended to by the manager, David who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me. I forgot to take the mattress topper & pillows home with me so he very kindly dropped them off at my home later that day.

we called in to see what was available to us and to get some idea of what we wanted to suit our needs, Arrisa was very helpful and pointed out th financial benefits of purchasing on the day. We were suprised to find that our new bed could be delivered so quickly. The store was layed out so that we could see all our options and easy to find the mattress we required once we had chosen a base.

I had specific needs due to disabilities especially with my having both phtsical disabilities and Vascular Dementia. Correct height, comfort, support etc etc all are relevant and thus I needed someone with knowledge, experience and foresight to assist in my choice of mattres (the dian base is only 4 yrs old) . David Smith, the manager afforded me his time and exceptional knowledge to answer my numerous questions and to guide me through to the correct decision. I have to say that all in all through my 2 visitI was given every possible assistance by David and I am most greatful and confident that the correct mattress was chosen and ordered. Yes I will recommend others to the store.
