From entering the store to leaving felt we were valued yet not pestered we were able to look around with ease yet were given advice /information when needed Nothing was too much trouble and didn't feel like we were being pressured into purchasing anything Given excellent recommendations and advice about our specific needs and requirements

I HAVE ALWAYSA BEEN SATIOSFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS OF DREAMS. AS I SUFFER FROM CONTINUOS BACK PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD TO CHANGE THE MATTRESS ON OCCATIONS WHICH WAS NO FAULT OF DREAMS.

Excellent friendly service from start to delivery. Kept updated by text and phone calls. Even offered coffee!!

Katie went out of her way to find a suitable Bed & mattress not only to fit around my budget but to fit in my spare bedroom due to a recess within the wardrobes, extremely restricting and frustrating for myself. Katie listened to my needs,solved my problem and could feel my frustrations. She even placed different mattresses on the desired bed so I could experience the height of the bed along with feel of the mattress. Katie did good,she went out of her way for me !

My wife went to look first and she came out to the car to tell me so we popped in to have a look and katie even entertained our daughter whilst we tried the bed out katie even got us some comfy pillows which we also bought that day all in all the perfect visit thanks
