Knowledgeable and efficient staff. We knew what we wanted and with the help of the staff (Katie) we were quickly in and out of the store with purchase of the product we wanted and the price we wanted to pay.

I visited twice and another revival store. Had a specific need around a firm mattress replacement /requirement. Different assistants in store on each visit but all helpful in identifying types of mattresses and inside construction. Second visit an excellent response and guidance - technical information and recommendation, incentives including longer term guarantee, flexibility and choice in delivery dates, payment and processing were all done very efficiently. Hospitality offered via coffee also. All done in less than half an hour's visit. Option to change delivery date via online facility also helpful due to changes in circumstances etc. Super shopping experience.

Great Customer service from all staff we spoke too. Guy who dealt with us at end was great, even helped keep my daighter happy with his chocolate bar. nice store would def visit again. Would never buy a bed anywhere but dreams.
