I was left to browse a while before the assistant came back to me so l did not feel pressured.

Arissa was really friendly and listened to what I needed and then showed me the options available. She also gave me other options, which was interesting because I intended on buying a simple frame and ended up with an Ottoman style. I had a cup of tea brought to me, she was attentive, but not pushy. She also did her best to try to order the mattress to arrive asap despite the 3 week wait for the bed frame as she was aware that the order was urgent. I decided to get the order altogether, but her efforts were much appreciated.

Arissa was helpful and friendly. She helped us pick a good mattress and helped us arrange finance.

The customer sales representative met us upon arrival and was professional and curtious. She took us straight to the bed we were looking at online and went over the item specifics and then repeated this process with the mattress to help us find the best one for our needs. She offered us a warm drink which was much appreciated as it was a cold day! She was very happy and helpful! thank you!

staff very friendly and efficient. Showed us a number of items which they thought would meet our requirements, then left us to browse and sample. At no time was there any pressure to purchase which was ideal. All in all well satisfied with the store layout and the actions of the staff.

Staff friendly but not over friendly made me feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them. Shop well laid out and clean good parking.

Store was welcoming, we were welcomed by a store colleague on arrival and given all the information we needed. products were easy to compare and we were allowed to browse and make up our own mind.

Staff were very pleasant, explained the colour system and prices on the boards, supplied us with pillows and allowed us to look around at our leisure. Offered us a brew and were always nearby if we had any questions. great service, very informative. Once we had selected our bed and headboard Arissia helped us place our order and explained everything quickly and processed everything efficiently. Excellent, would come back again .
