I was very satisfied with the service I received,as soon as I enter the store I was greeted by Arissa who was polite and very helpful explaining all the details of the bed I wanted to purchase. I just wished it was more like this in more stores. Arissa offered us tea or coffee she had a smile on her face all the time as though she was enjoying every minute of her job and I could not have wished for a better salesperson. If I ever have need to visit the store in the future I will definitely be looking for ARISSA thank you for the great service you gave to me

The stock was well placed and clearly priced. The advisor showed us different types of mattresses and advised on any special offers then helped with picking a frame. He was friendly and quick with organising delivery and finance

The staff in store were very friendly,helpful and very knowledgeable. The gentleman that served us gave me the impression he was fairly new to the role, he obviously had very good training and knew what he was talking about.

We were seen to straight away and we got advised on the different matresses suited to my needs.
