Assistant was very helpful with quality of items and patient as we looked around.

Arissa was very welcoming , asked what are requirements were on the types of beds & mattresses, & colour options. She welcomed us to try out the beds to see if they were suitable for our needs. Arrissa arranged tea & coffee whilst we decided on which bed we would purchase. She also explained what services were included in the price.

The staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. There were a large number of mattresses available to try out and a good selection of beds on display

The store has a warming atmosphere. My mother and I was welcomed by Katie who was very friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy.

The sales representative was attentive without being pushy, friendly and very helpful. The store had the item on display that I had seen on line so I was able to see the product prior to making the decision to buy.

Excellent customer service, staff gave the correct amount of attention did not hassle you and did not neglect you. Product knowledge was excellent and the staff worked within my budget and did not pressure me to buy or take a more expensive product which I could not afford. I was info med of the the different methods of payment and served within the correct amount of time not sat for to long whilst the payment and delivery were arranged.

Arissa was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She looked after us from the minute we walked in the store.

Catherine who dealt with our order was informative and attentive, but without being at all pushy and just had the right balance of dealing with my questions and leaving us to look around the store.
