My wife and I were very impressed with the sales assistant's knowledge of the individual products in relation to the needs of the customer. We were able to choose the right bed to suit our requirements at an affordable price. The sales assistant was called Sharaz.

Katie was honest took what we asked for and found us what we wanted very helpful staff didn't judge me on the way I looked and had patients with us

staff were polite and knowledgeable with the products. i felt confident with the advice i was given to make the right choice. colour coding off the mattresses help me to find the right mattress very quickly. the service was quick and efficient.

The assistant, Arissia, was very helpful and friendly and also knowledgable about the products. She showed me all the relevant mattresses and helped me choose the bed, headboard and mattress. Also the correct mattress protectors and the guarantee which is a good thing to have in case of any mishaps. I was offered tea or coffee and a seat while she processed my order. I have never before purchased a bed so quickly. All in all a great experience.
