There was an extensive range to chose from. Katie guided us as we requested, giving us clear information and advice as appropriate. She was patient, warm and friendly but not intrusive. We were made welcome with a drink and encouraged to take our time. As we narrowed our search, she stated costs and conditions clearly. The whole process was stress free and unpressured. Highly recommended to anyone seeking bedroom furniture.

Your colleague Arissa is the main reason for the excellent experience we had in your store. She approached us in a timely manner and offered us a coffee. Her knowledge of the products available was excellent and she soon assessed our needs showing particular empathy for the back and neck problems which I experience. She showed us a variety of beds which would fulfil my needs and was able to compare and contrast the differences between them. This enabled us to make an informed choice and we look forward to the bed arriving.
