We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop and offered a cup of tea. The colleague was very friendly and answered all questions. She also explained all the products to ensure that we have the right product. She gave full attention from start to finish.

I am highly satisfied due to the attention, comport of the sales attendant, and the confidence in elucidating to me the various set of beds and mattress quality. The office environment is clean and conducive to stay. He was an approachable person with good charisma. Fluent communication throughout the purchase transaction.

Arissa was warm and friendly and explained the different types of mattress to us. I told her we were looking for a wooden bed,preferably solid oak. She did not have one in store but was able to show us one on the internet which we went on to buy.
