Extremely helpful and courteous staff.

Sheraz, the Dreams Colleague, was very helpful. Not pushy and looking for a quick sale but gave good advice and helped direct us to the beds that were most suitable for us. When we said we would return, he did not push for a sale and accepted our need to spend time thinking about it. We did return however and he was very helpful and patient when we needed time to think.

Our assistance was Sheraz, he was very approachable and friendly and asked what our requirements were. He then gave us several options without being over zealous in trying to make a sale. The whole experiance was handled professionally and courteously.

As soon as I entered the shop I was made to feel welcome by the staff. Firstly they were helpful in me being able to find a place to park somewhere nearby as I was parked quite a distance away. When I returned they showed me the type of soft mattress I wanted which I tried which were all too hard unfortunately. One of the other ladies suggested there may be one to my liking upstairs which I then lay on. It was just the right one and was so comfortable. I was so happy when I left the store that I had found the comfiest mattress I wanted to buy. I had previously bought my son a mattress from yourselves about 10 years ago which is still going strong and that is the reason I went back to buy one from yourselves and it was probably only around £20 more expensive than my son's which I had bought for him in the past. Hopefully when it is delivered I will have many nights of lovely "Dreams". I will obviously recommend your stores to my many friends so they can share the experience of having a very comfortable mattress at a very reasonable price. Carole Hampson

The sales assistant was extremely friendly and knowledgable. She was able to find the product I needed online and found extra information on the colour of the product which was helpful.
