Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

The Min You walked in you felt at ease there was no pressure from the colleague which you get in other bed retailers which puts you off.

My visit to dreams was brilliant. I had visited other bed stores (Benson for beds and Carpetright) the previous weekend and on the day I bought this bed. All previous stores were very unhelpful and I think they didn't take me seriously when I wanted to purchase one of their products. This motivated me to travel to Ashton to purchase one of the beds there. I went in thinking that I would recieve no help and that I'd still be stuck. When I arrived I was given time to look around and figure out what I wanted and what I liked. With the assistance of Sheraz I picked out three beds which I liked and Sheraz helped me decide on which one would suit me best. Unlike the other stores I'd visited he didn't just point me in the direction of the dearest bed, he pointed me to the bed that would best suit my needs. Having chosen the bed I wanted Sheraz guided me though the next few stages by choosing a nice base for the bed. That day I left with a brand new bed, the order date I wanted, two new pillows and a smile on my face. I left with more than I wanted which is perfect for me.

The sales assistant who helped us was very well informed about the beds we were interested in.

we called in on the Ashton u Lyne branch at snipe retail park. Right away we was greeted by Ash one of the workers there who was friendly polite and business like throughout. Once we explained what we wanted he took us to the beds and we spoke about our price range and talked us through the product ie mattresses , pricing for all items , colours etc etc. we was just impressed with everything from Ash who did really well being so young to the beds so bought right away

Extremely professional and friendly and knew about the products they were selling.

The sales assistant Katie was pleasant, smiling courteous and very professional in her manner. She helped carry the mattress back to my car for me and specifically advised me of the way the mattress would unfold and to stand well back when unpacking it.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greated and asked did I already have something in mind or could they help to make a decision on what I was looking for. When mentioning the bed frame product I specifically came to Dreams for I was led straight to the frame and was given full description of the product along with the price. I was then questioned on the type of mattress I would like. When hearing my answer I was taken again directly to 3 mattresses to try. The 3rd mattress was perfect.

Warm friendly welcome. The layout of the shop was explained so were able to go to the beds you were interested in. The rep also informed you of the current offers available. The range was explained and you were left to digest and view with partner however the rep was available to answer and questions and provide further information. Ordering and payment systems was efficient and quick.
