The staff were friendly & helpful but they weren't overbearing or pushy. We told them our budget & were sorted in good time. Purchased our product & helped us to van with it. Brilliant service.

The assistant Arissa, was a lovely lady and had a nice manner about her, she was on her own in the shop, but had a lot of time for us, and her knowledge she brilliant. We were guided by her on purchasing our bed.

on entering the store larissa and susie were very friendly and helpful and made buying our bed a no fuss and uncomplicated and pleasurable experience they were very polite and non pushy they also offered ourselves and our children refreshments whilst we discussed our purchase...overall very nice people and made us feel at ease..we would definitely shop here again and recommend to family and friends

Staff were very helpful to show us the best options for our purchase. They even suggested us how to decide the best pick and answered our queries. Sheraz at Ashton showroom in particular was very helpful.

I had been looking for a complete bed and a new mattress for a couple of weeks to no avail. A little disheartened I tried dreams. On entering the store I was greeted by a member of staff doing housekeeping, another member of staff immediately asked me if I needed help. Arissia asked what my needs were, showed me suitable products for my budget,allowed me to process this information all with no hard selling techniques. I left the store confident with my purchase and very happy with the high quality service given.

Excellent customer service and a great price. Also willing to place this as a single order to ensure we received the discount but split the delivery ensuring we received each product ASAP.

Sales advisor welcoming and not pushy, gave some recommendations based on our lifestyle/circumstances. Acknowledged our 2 boys, always nice when the last thing they want to do is come shopping.

The assistant we dealt with was Arrissa, I was highly extremely satisfied, as there was not an option to select exceptionally highly satisfied, the assistant took her time in assisting us and her product knowledge was exceptional. Our dilemma was, in the 30 years of living a way from parents I have been a waterbed fan, This morning our 2nd waterbed decided to develop a problem and burst a leak, hence I had no experience in buying a conventional bed. My worries were, I have in both my work stayed at many hotels around the country and had experienced sleepless or uncomfortable sleeps due to the mattress, I explained this to the assistant, she made us feel relaxed offering us coffee and literally lie on the bed providing us with pillows to lie down as though the bed was in our own bedroom, this at first felt uncomfortable, but Arissia made us feel both relaxed. Needless to say we placed our order with Arrissia, I can also add we had visited 2 competive businesses on the retail park, although very nice showrooms we was not offered coffee, nor was we offered the polite attentive service and customer care we received from Arissia.
