Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

We visited the store on Monday 24th July to look at sofa beds that were in the sale.We had previously checked on the internet and we were interested in the Madden. Katie proved very knowledgeable about all the products and she spent a long time going through the dimensions of our new extension. We went away to think about it ,there was no pressure to buy there and then. We phoned and ordered the next day as we were so impressed with the product and the service.

The colleague called Catherine greeted us with a big smile as soon as we walked into the store. She offered us with a delicious warm coffee. She offered her help in choosing the mattress and also told us regarding different offers. Once we decided what we wanted to buy she did her best to find the best deal for us. The best part is when I rang the store couple of days later and told her that due to a new offers from dreams I could get the same items cheaper she didn't hesitate to tell me that I will be able to get the best price by ringing customer services. When I rang them I got a very decent bargain and I also bought couple of bedside cabinets as well which I didn't buy initially. She has been really helpful and made sure we get the best deal. Thanks

I was given very good advice and service from a sales lady called Arissa , she was very helpful she gave me very helpful advice and then gave me time to think about which mattress would be the best for me . I was very happy with the service and my mattress and would be happy to use dreams in the future, Thank you

I arrived around 10 minuets before the store opened and was going to leave and go else where. The lady noticed and opened a couple of minuets early. She quickly identified my requirements matched my needs with a product and I was able to leave shortly after with the products and at a good price I was satisfied with.

Information requested was given quickly. Found the staff friendly and approacable. Not pushy.

I was highly satisfied because the customer care was excellent they were so kind and caring that they even looked after the needs of my little toddler gave her a ballon and colours to keep her occupied and it was easy to find the product I wanted.
