The store assistant was very helpful. He listened to our needs and showed us the products that would be most suited to us. He also made us a cup of tea. He was helpful without making us feel obliged to purchase.

From the time we walked into the shop, we were welcomed by a friendly face and offered a coffee, this was not what we received from a competitor we had just visited, what a difference. The young assistant was professional, knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in what we were looking for. A truly pleasant customer service experience. A credit to the company. I might add we had no intention of purchasing a bed prior to walking in to the store, just looking. The difference was the sales assistant.

They answered our questions and gave us confidence to go ahead with a purchase from Dreams as we have never done so before. We would definitely recommend and/or use this store again Many thanks.

The lady who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and informative. There was no pressure to purchase anything and everything was explained in detail.

The sales person Anne was very helpful knowledge and patient she really understood what I was looking for and helped me to make up my mind by sharing her knowledge of products excellent customer service

Arissa was not only attentive, very very helpful, but also very bright and bubbly. She knew exactly what I wanted and wasn't pushy in anyway. She also offered to make me a drink which was a pleasant surprise. Happily return to the store if I need to. The only downside is the length of time Inhave to wait for the delivery.

I was met and welcomed by a sales assistant. I was offered a cup of tea. She was willing to explain the prices and varieties of beds/ mattresses available and there was a good range for me to look at and try out. I had already researched beds and mattresses and prices on the website before visiting the store, so I was not confused about the way the pricing works ( as apparently some customers are) Once I had chosen my bed and had choices explained the ordering and arranging delivery was very efficiently done. This was all despite the fact that the assistant was totally on her own in the store and she was dealing with other customers too. This appears to be a busy store and this lady should not have been left alone to cope with this. It was not lunch time but during the morning. I was in the store for an hour at least and just before I was leaving another colleague arrived. If it were not for this I would have rated all my answers as Highly Satisfactory.
