The person who asked me if I needed help initially was rather dismissive I felt, and more concerned about the task of re-labelling stock in which she was involved and referred me to another colleague, Arissa, who was extremely helpful and charming.

Brilliant service. The only thing I didn't like is I have yo wait 10 days for delivery.

Anne, the salesperson we dealt with.Warm welcome as we came into store and tea or coffee offered. She was very understanding of the need to find the right mattress for my son who has a bulging disc. She talked us through the different mattresses. Anne was very knowledgeable about each mattress. Special pillow supplied by Anne as well. Overall, very satisfied with the whole service. *****

Great customer service, speedy ability to go from choosing a bed and mattress to completing the sale and getting a suitable date sorted for delivery. Good all around service

We were greeted by a very pleasant young man on entry to the store who asked if he could help and what we were looking for then explained about the colour codling of the beds and where they were then left us to look around coming back every now and again to help us if needed and to give further information at no point did we feel pressured and could look at are own lesuire

Anne was fantastic, she greeted us when we arrived and offered us a drink. She listened to our requirements and gave us lots of advice. We tried some of the mattresses which all had pillows on them and covers for feet. We will be back next month to buy another bed.

The assistant Anne was very helpful, she took the time to explain different products available and what would benefit our needs. She was polite,greeted us with a smile,as well as a goodmorning also asked if we would like a drink. She didn't invade our space but made us feel comfortable with her presence while we were looking round the store. She gave us plenty of advice and extra options for us to consider i.e. Guarantee cover available overall we were a very happy customers and would most definitely return.

When we went to dreams the customer service was great and there was just a general nice feeling about the place, got the products we were looking for and walked out with them the same day.

Anne was very friendly, she even offered us a coffee. After explaining what problems we were having with our current mattress she showed us a couple of mattresses that she felt would suit us. We have never had such fun when buying a new bed. Anne is an asset to Dreams, we would recommend to our family and friends to go and see Anne when they need a new bed.
